Children Classes

YogaFun classes are designed differently depending on the age group of students. Typical class has 6 to 8 students. For Kids classes we group them in 2 categories.

Our classes for Little yogis is for 4 years to 10 years old and for the young yogis is from 11 years to 16 years old.

The Little Yogis classes are designed with yoga games and activities that teaches them importance of healthy habits, correct postures and eating habits.

The Young Yogis classes focus on teaching them how to balance Mind & Body for agility and strength. Kids transition from Elementary to Middle and to High School in this age group and face various challenges of academics , social interactions and physical growth. Our classes help them to improve self confidence and release stress while learning Yoga Asanas for focus, flexibility and concentration.

Ladies Classes

Modern day life has presented great opportunities for Women and they perform a variety of roles in their life as professionals, spouses , moms, friends, community volunteers. Juggling family and career can cause stress while taking focus away from personal health. Our Yoga classes are designed to destress, connect with oneself and get that precious me time while getting required exercises for maintaining both physical and mental health. Typical class has 4 to 6 yogis and helps create a class environment where they express day to day challenges we face in our busy lives and talk to peer group.

Prenatal Classes: Our Prenatal classes take a safety first approach with calming exercises. As the belly grows, we ensure that we chose yoga poses to keep balance and asanas that improve strength and flexibility. For expecting moms our classes reduces the stresses and anxieties and prepare expecting moms to be better prepared to cope up with labor pain.

We have multiple classes throughout the week and multiple convenient timeslots. Each class is for 60 minutes.
